My Approach

My approach is not cookie-cutter but simple and relies on two main principles. Increase performance and abstain from bad habits. We create a process for you to trust and go All-In! Analytics and community plus a massive dose of accountability. We’re talking about all aspects of life and business.

Triggers

A trigger is an emotional, environmental or social situation that drags up memories of substance use or failures in the past. These memories can stir up strong emotions that lead to the impulse to use a substance again or make decisions based on emotion.

Community

A network of individuals who share the common goal of lifelong success and offer support and fellowship to their peers.

PERFORMANCE

A complex mixture of biomechanical function, emotional factors, and training techniques. Performance has a popular connotation of representing the pursuit of excellence, where we measure his or her performance as a progression toward excellence or achievement.

Abstinence

Abstinence is used in addiction treatment to describe the process of abstaining—meaning not engaging in, or avoiding—addictive substances, toxic activities and/or behaviours.
