The ultimate demand of process

ONCE UPON A TIME

A photographer kneels on the floor adjusting his camera in a studio with large windows and brick walls, while another person stands nearby observing.

After my first daughter Abby was born I made the switch from Baseball to Photography. Honestly I needed a break from the game and I needed to stay close to home. Baseball did not give the luxury of being home. In my pursuit of a photography career (I always had a passion for it) I shot 100’s of weddings and won awards and even made some wedding magazine covers, boudoir, family and my favourite was stumbling upon fine art long exposure.

Here’s a few albums below to show my work. I share this because I learned a lot about process in photography. Especially fine art. You cannot rush nature and you have to be prepared. All the boxes have to be checked when the right moment is in front of you. I learned as I did it. Mistake after mistake. I went on to publish an album and hold 2 art shows. I was the first artist to have photographs hung in the Victoria art gallery in almost 30 years.

If you’d like to learn more please message me. I don’t really do much with this now but I know some people might enjoy it.
