1. Initial Deep-Dive Assessment Call (60 Minutes)

We start by identifying where the athlete is leaking confidence, energy, focus, and control.

We look at:

  • current mental and emotional patterns

  • game behaviour

  • confidence and pressure triggers

  • routines

  • emotional recovery

  • communication patterns

  • performance habits

This gives us a clear picture of what is actually happening beneath the surface.

2. Three Weekly Coaching Calls (30 Minutes Each)

Each week we build, review, and adjust.

These calls are designed to help the athlete apply the work in real baseball situations, not just talk about it.

We focus on:

  • what showed up that week

  • what triggered them

  • what improved

  • what still breaks down under pressure

  • what to do next

This keeps the work practical and connected to games, practices, and real life.

3. Direct Voice/Text Support Between Sessions

Athletes can send updates, questions, game reflections, or clips between calls for support and feedback.

This helps them get coached in the moments where they usually spiral, guess, or stay stuck in their own head.

That kind of support matters.

A lot.

4. Weekly Tracking + Performance Awareness

We use simple tracking to help athletes build awareness around the things that are affecting their game.

That may include:

  • emotional control

  • body language

  • reset speed after failure

  • confidence levels

  • pressure response

  • ability to flush mistakes

Because if we are not measuring it, we are guessing.

5. Custom Reset Routine + Competitive Tools

The athlete will leave this month with practical tools they can actually use.

This may include:

  • a pre-game routine

  • a between-at-bat reset

  • a post-mistake recovery process

  • confidence anchors

  • emotional control tools

  • competition-specific habits

6. Optional Parent Check-In

If needed, I will do a short parent check-in during the month to help align what is actually useful and what tends to make things worse.
