OH (shit) Canada…  An EQ-OS Takedown of the Psychological Mess Ruining the Country

Here we GO!!

It’s the symptom of a nation that’s literally running two incompatible operating systems in its national brain. And neither side can agree on basic reality anymore.

Reading time: 20 minutes….. yep, I drone on and on

This image represents the absolute chaos I feel when I look at Canada right now. And that is just what I could fit into one picture without it turning into total nonsense. That matters because most of what is driving people crazy right now is not even controllable on an individual level. It is too big, too loud, too constant, and too far outside the reach of any one person.

That is the trap.

People are being duped into thinking they can and should emotionally process every headline, every outrage clip, every war, every protest, every expert opinion, every fake crisis, every manipulated narrative. They cannot. Nobody can. We are being fed a nonstop loop of negativity, fear, and borrowed outrage, and most people are arrogant enough to think they are above it. They are not. You are not just consuming information. Information is consuming you.

Humans are already wired to scan for threat. We notice the bad before the good. We catch danger faster than peace. That is old hardware. Survival stuff. So when society gets blasted all day with conflict, panic, tribalism, doom, and opinion masquerading as fact, the nervous system does exactly what you would expect. It fries. Collectively, that is where we are. Fried. No capacity. No patience. No empathy. No perspective. Just endless reaction from people pretending it is insight.

So what do we do?

We control the controllables.

We limit how much nonsense we let into our head.
We stop acting like every issue on Earth needs our immediate emotional donation.
We get off the phone.
We go for a walk.
We take care of our body, our house, our family, our yard, our work.
We stop screaming about inclusion, oppression, rights, and morality while treating the people beside us like garbage.
We stop pretending that having a take on everything means we understand anything.

Frankly, a lot of people need to shut the fuck up and go outside.

That is not me saying ignore reality. It is me saying start with the reality you can actually influence. Because a nation does not get rebuilt through hashtags, fake expertise, and nervous-system overload. It gets rebuilt when enough people start handling their own corner of the world properly. You clean up yourself. Then your home. Then your family. Then your street. That compound effect is real. That is how order comes back.

We do not need more noise right now. We need a mirror.

I didn’t study Poli Sci, nor do I care to; I study Psychology. People and behaviour. I write through a conservative lens, but have some pretty liberal personality traits. I write this as someone who is aware. Someone who has worked hard to create and protect capacity. Someone who has looked inward and unbecome so much of the bullshit I thought mattered. I write this as a dude who used to try to be everything for everyone and morph into what I thought people expected. I write this as someone who used to think purpose meant acceptance. I write this as someone who does not believe that horseshit anymore. I write this as a very masculine father of 3 daughters who probably offends people daily and is very confident in his contributions to society by both being the best version of himself and providing service for and to others. If this piece offends you, that sucks for you. If you’re triggered easily, you should get off the internet. It’s not meant to target or offend anyone. If you are offended by it, then I think you’re in trouble because this is nothing. The real world is going to melt you. The reality is that nobody cares what you do in your time. We don’t need everyone protesting or posting everything they do. If dudes like hot dogs or chicks switch to the taco diet… fill your boots. I just don’t need it shoved in my face 24/7. It’s always an odd conversation I have with my toddlers when they ask why the man serving us coffee is wearing a dress. “Hey, Dad, look!!! That man is wearing makeup.” They say NOT quietly lol. Maybe we should let 4-year-olds weigh in on some issues. There seems to be more common sense than who’s in parliament.

This post has been rotting in my gut for years. I’ve kept to myself about it. Telling myself it was just nostalgia. Just temporary challenges. Just me being too online and too pissed off.

Then the Olympics happened. Then Carney went full r*tard this past week (NEVER GO FULL……)

I watched the Hughes brothers crushing Coronas in the locker room and mid presser after beating Canada, screaming, “I love the USA, it’s the greatest country in the world”. Pure, unfiltered pride. Tears. Chest out. Teeth on the ice. That used to be us.

Meanwhile, Canada’s teams played their hearts out and lost. Men's and women’s teams. They fought so hard. And the vibe back home was not heartbreak. It was more of a resignation. At least that was my read. Muted. Almost embarrassed. Like we expected it. Like we deserved it. It was gutting. But for me, it was fitting. It felt like it was going to happen. I got chirped hard by my American friends, and I really didn’t have much of a comeback. We won curling?? That wouldn’t cut it.

None of this sat well with me. I can take a loss, but this was different.

Something has broken in Canada.

I have maple leaves tattooed on me. Not ironic. Not aesthetic. I got them because I once really believed this was the best goddamn country on Earth. I have the old “I AM” on my calf. We remember that Molson Campaign..

Back then, being Canadian meant something real. Saturday nights: Don Cherry on Coach’s Corner, tie loose, voice booming, calling it exactly like he saw it, no filters, no apologies. You would sit there with your old man, yelling at the TV, laughing when he ripped into some player for being soft. That was Canada. Tough. Honest. Unapologetic and a bit offside.

We had MuchMusic with the weird-ass Electric Circus. The Hip, OLP, Matt Good and I’m not claiming Bieber. Canadian kids glued to the screen for the Coca-Cola Countdown. We had Kids in the Hall, Trailer Park Boys, ParticipACTION ads, Grey Cup parties, and Heritage Minutes… and that weird gap filler of that cartoon lumberjack running on logs. That was growing up Canadian. Proud without being arrogant. Polite but never weak. A place where you could leave your door unlocked, trust your neighbours, and still throw hands in a bench-clearing brawl if someone deserved it.

I wasn’t planning to rip into this today.

But then I watched Mark Carney twist himself into pretzels trying to explain Canada’s position on the Iran conflict for the last week. And enough is enough… for me. There is SO much going on in Canada, it’s hard to even know what’s going on. I wish I weren’t as aware as I am. Damn, inner work and self-reflection really came back to bite me in the ass on this one. But there’s a lot of work to do. So I guess I’m rolling up my sleeves and digging in. I have 3 kids. It’s either that or I ship them south, where they may actually get a shot to succeed.

Carney… (FML)

Canada supports stopping Iran from getting nukes. Regrets the U.S. and Israeli strikes that actually did something about it. Questions whether those strikes broke international law. Begs for de-escalation. And, get this, refuses to rule out Canadian troops getting dragged in if things blow up bigger.

That isn’t leadership. That’s pathetic fence-sitting garbage. A country can’t stumble through a real global crisis while its so-called leader vomits five contradictory positions. You either back your allies when it matters, or you don’t. You either have a spine, or you’re jelly. Where are those elbows at now?

EQ-OS: Emotional Intelligence Operating System

EQ-OS: Emotional Intelligence Operating System

Before we dive deeper, let me explain the EQ-OS framework I built. (Emotional Intelligence Operating System). My book on it will be published soon, but here’s the core. Most people think their problems come from a lack of motivation, a lack of discipline, or a lack of skill. Most of the time that diagnosis is wrong. The real issue is usually an operating system problem. Humans do not collapse because they lack desire. They collapse because their system cannot carry the load being placed on it. Pressure rises. Responsibility rises. Meaning rises. But the structure holding it does not upgrade. So behaviour changes. Not because values disappear. Because the system is overloaded.

The Core Equation: Outcome = Awareness × Capacity.

Awareness: Your ability to detect what is happening inside you.

Capacity: How much pressure your system can carry without behaviour changing.

When load exceeds capacity: perception distorts, decisions collapse, behaviour leaks. It looks like a character problem. It is usually a load management problem.

The Awareness Index (AXI): You can’t steer what you can’t see. Most people think they are self-aware because they can talk about themselves. That’s not awareness. Awareness is timing. The AXI measures how early you notice yourself.

Level 1: No awareness. Behaviour happens before detection.
Level 2: Retrospective awareness. You understand it after the damage.
Level 3: In-the-moment awareness. You see it, but still react.
Level 4: Pre-emptive awareness. You detect the shift before behaviour changes.

The System Alignment Score (SAS): Even when awareness is high, collapse still happens. Why? Because awareness and capacity are misaligned. You can see more than you can carry. Or you can carry more than you can aim. SAS measures whether your system is stable enough to run the life you are trying to live. Not theoretically. Right now.

The full model looks like this: Outcome = A × ((E + C + S) ÷ 3).

Capacity has three parts:

E emotional capacity,

C cognitive capacity,

S somatic nervous system capacity.

When those three systems fall out of alignment, emotion spills, thinking distorts, and the body destabilizes. Behaviour follows. This is not psychology. It is system mechanics.

So if awareness is at 10 and capacity is at 0, the outcome will be a big fat 0 because 10 × 0 = 0

We are quantifying EQ!!

The Load Map: If you don’t draw the weight, you will argue about the pain. Most people can tell you they are stressed. Very few can tell you what is loading their system. Every load comes from four sources: (that’s what she said)

Emotional load
Cognitive load
Somatic load
Meaning load

(all you “toxic masculine” dudes reading this.. I know.. I say load a lot lol)

Meaning load is usually the heaviest. Caring costs more than doing. Unmapped load becomes background processes. Eventually, the system slows. Then it crashes.

The Simple Version: EQ-OS teaches three things. See signals earlier (AXI). Check alignment (SAS). Map and regulate load (Load Map). Because behaviour does not fail first. The operating system fails first.

The One Sentence Version: EQ-OS is a system for detecting internal signals early, aligning awareness with capacity, and regulating load before behaviour collapses.

EQ-OS as an iPhone EXAMPLE

You’re not your thoughts. You’re not your moods. You’re the whole device.

You are the hardware. Body. Brain. Nervous system. Sleep. Blood sugar. Stress chemistry. All of it.

Your personality is your operating system. The default settings. The way you process input. The way you respond under pressure.

Your behaviour is what shows up on the screen. What people can see. What you do. What you say. What you post. How you react.

Your emotions are notifications. Signals, not commands. Most people live like every notification is an emergency.

Your thoughts are tabs. Some useful. Some garbage. 37 tabs usually open for no reason.

The apps are your loads.

Work stress
Relationship tension
Money pressure
Parenting
Guilt
Rage scrolling
Group chats
News cycles
Porn
Booze
Sugar
Weed
Sleep debt
Trauma loops
“I should be doing more,” running in the background like spyware

Most people don’t have one big problem. They have 20 apps open 37 tabs open in an app and wonder why the phone is overheating, and the battery goes red halfway through the day.

Awareness is the storage warning.

Storage is almost full. You can see it. You know it’s a problem. That is awareness.

But if you don’t delete anything, nothing changes. So the camera lags. Downloads fail. Updates won’t install. And you sit there calling the phone a piece of shit.

No. The phone is fine. Your system is overloaded.

That’s EQ-OS in one sentence: you can have awareness and still fail if capacity is gone.

And the fix is the same as a phone. Close apps. Delete junk. Stop background drain. Recharge properly. Update the OS. Stop installing garbage just because it’s trending and IG said it will help you.

The Split

Canada isn’t just politically divided. It’s psychologically fractured. Two completely different value stacks. Two emotional wiring diagrams. Two delusional ways of seeing the world. The screaming matches online, in Parliament, and in the streets aren’t really about policy. They’re about identity. And which side gets to define what Canada even is. Well, now nobody knows.

From an EQ-OS lens, Canada is a nation suffering from severe regulatory schizophrenia. One half is dominated by runaway empathy, virtue porn, and obsession with endless social progress. The other half clings to structure, realism, and basic survival instincts. Both have upsides when balanced. Both turn toxic when they go off the rails. Right now, the toxic empathy side is in the driver’s seat. And it’s crashing the country into a ditch.

EQ-OS demands confrontation here: if you let unchecked empathy bulldoze boundaries, you get chaos. Weakness. Collapse. But if a rigid structure ignores human needs, you get brittle authoritarianism. The problem? Liberals are shoving their empathy overload down everyone’s throat, pretending it’s progress, while conservatives fight back with facts and foundations. It’s a war of operating systems. And the liberal OS is glitching hard, infecting everything with instability.

Let’s take Lib’s and Conservatives and dive into the personality traits. Why? Because this is a fun way to really see what’s going on.

Personality Profile 1: The Liberal Lunatic

Picture the modern Canadian Liberal activist as one deranged individual staring you down across the table, about to get triggered. Probably blue hair. Sky-high empathy. Off-the-charts openness to every trendy insanity. Zero boundaries. And a compulsive need to rewrite reality to feel morally superior. Ya definitely blue hair.

Big Five Snapshot

Openness: Pathologically high
Agreeableness: Grovelingly high
Conscientiousness: Laughably low
Neuroticism: Through the roof Extraversion: Selectively high when there is an audience, protest, or moral performance to stage

This personality demands constant societal surgery: Change the language. Erase biological sex. Dismantle institutions that actually work. Repeat words learned on TikTok, Wave flags for every victim cause du jour. At its best? Mild compassion. At its worst? The clown-show Canada has become: Rainbow flags in every Starbucks. University snowflakes screaming about pronouns and genocide in far-off wars they couldn’t find on a map. Protesters in Toronto and Vancouver are blocking streets over Palestine, Iran or Venezuela, while knowing zero facts about them. They also seem to get these protests going with signs and organization pretty quick.. thats odd.

Ask these virtue-signalling idiots: Who runs Iran? What’s the IRGC? What happened in 1979? Blank stares. Crickets. Because outrage hits faster than Google. They want the moral high ground without ever doing the homework. The core pathology? When everything is fluid and negotiable, nothing means anything. Truth dies. Biology dies. Borders die. Canada dies. And EQ-OS calls this out bluntly: this isn’t evolution. It’s self-sabotage.

Liberals, your endless openness isn’t brave. It’s reckless. You’re dismantling the very structures that keep society functional, all for feel-good points. Eventually, you’ll have to live in what you’re trying to create. Careful what you wish for.

Personality Profile 2: The Conservative Realist

Now picture the Conservative archetype in the same room. Just sitting there. Being normal. Probably super boring.

Openness: Lower. Skeptical of trends, prefers what has already proven to work.
Agreeableness: Moderate. Cooperative, but not interested in moral theatre or forced consensus.
Conscientiousness: High. Values responsibility, structure, work, and long-term stability.
Neuroticism: Lower. Less emotionally reactive to every cultural panic.
Extraversion: Moderate to low. Less interested in performative activism, more comfortable building quietly than broadcasting constantly.

Now, before the Conservatives start polishing their halos and acting like they’re the last sane people left on Earth, let’s pump the brakes for a second.

A lot of Conservatives have a few quiet little Liberal settings buried deep in the operating system.

You know it. I know it. Everyone knows it.

The guy screaming about traditional values on Facebook might also have a browser history that would make a San Francisco gender studies professor blush. The dude ranting about masculinity might cry during Field of Dreams (ME). And statistically speaking, a few of you tough guys probably own a pair of underwear that was not marketed to your gender.

Relax. It’s fine.

Human beings are walking contradictions. That’s the whole point.

Conservatives just tend to keep their weird little quirks behind closed doors, where they belong, instead of launching a national awareness campaign about it and demanding the rest of society rewrite the dictionary.

They don’t need a parade.

They just close the laptop, pour a drink, and go back to work in the morning.

This person does get that civilizations survive by protecting what actually works: Strong families. Fiscal sanity. Clear national identity. Institutions that have stood the test of time. Preservation isn’t sexy. It’s necessary. Sure, they have blind spots, sometimes slow to adapt, sometimes too quick to dismiss real grievances, and maybe come across a bit racist or sexist. But at least they’re not trying to burn the house down to feel enlightened. They usually adjust, or they put it in their back pocket, suppress it and deal with it in therapy years later, like you’re supposed to.

EQ-OS confrontation mode: Conservatives, don’t just defend. Push back harder. Your structure is the backbone Canada needs, but if you let liberals gaslight you into endless apologies, you lose ground.

The loudest Liberals have turned politics into narcissistic performance art. Meanwhile, actual Canada rots: housing is unaffordable, productivity is tanking, and schools are indoctrinating instead of educating. Add the massive immigration mess. We’re flooding the gates without a plan, jacking up education costs for real Canadians, while pretending to be from India might get you a free ride. Paid for by taxpayers. We don’t share a border with India or China, so the math ain’t mathing.

Over a million international students, mostly from India, flooded the system in under a decade, many via fake letters, while young Canadians cannot find work or housing. We imported the Third World’s population and somehow expected rents, wages, and hospitals to stay sane.

The loudest Conservatives just scream “all Liberals are commies”. Lazy. But understandable when the other side acts insane. Most normal Canadians aren’t in either cult. But the crazies drown out everyone else.

Canada isn’t arguing over policy. It’s in regulatory collapse. Empathy without guardrails equals chaos and weakness. Structure without heart equals cold authoritarianism. We need both. Right now, we have neither, just a vicious cycle where each side fuels the other’s worst caricature. Liberals see heartless bigots. Conservatives see unhinged ideologues. Both are right about the extremes, and both are feeding the monster.

This isn’t a polite debate. It’s a system crash. Liberals, your EQ overload is frying the OS with emotional viruses. Conservatives, your structure focus is the firewall we need, but upgrade it to handle the attacks. Balance means confrontation. Call out the BS. No more nice guy routines.

Here is what I see. Canadians have plenty of awareness. We see the problems, we feel the guilt, we post the land acknowledgements, and we nod along to the reparations talk. But our capacity is shot. The national nervous system is overloaded: endless apologies for existing, billions flushed into grievance machines, hospitals shutting down, doctors bolting south, calling Rogers to do anything with my phone turning into a language-barrier nightmare, youth buried in debt while competing with imported cheap labour. We keep adding load moral, financial, and demographic without upgrading the structure. So the system distorts: pride turns to embarrassment, toughness turns to resignation, sorry, eh? turns into national policy. Behaviour collapses. People flee. The country starts dismantling itself from within.

Most of us duck the fight. Politics feels toxic. Yet people post about it.. the keyboard warriors. Posting outrage on social media about problems you have zero intention of actually doing anything about is just moral theatre. It tricks people into feeling like they participated in solving something when all they really did was dump more noise into an already overloaded system. I stayed neutral for years. Neutrality is not noble. It is cowardice. It is abdication. If you will not define what Canada stands for, strength, borders, reality, allies, sanity, someone else will define it for you. Right now, the people writing the script are the same ones turning us into the planet’s punchline.

In 1998, I moved to Texas. Seventeen years old. Baseball scholarship. Best decision I ever made.

Those years spoiled me. Big skies. Bold attitudes. People wore their patriotism without apology. You felt belief in the air. My closest friends are still there today, loud, Republican, church-going, gun-owning Texans who will argue politics all night and still show up the next morning ready to build something. They fight about their country because they believe it is worth fighting for.

Living there showed me what real national pride feels like. Not perfect. Not polite. But unapologetic. Stars, stripes, eagles, Kid Rock and cheap Copenhagen.

Up here, we somehow turned our entire identity into being not America. A shadow. A reaction. Instead of building something strong enough to stand on its own.

Texas reminded me of what it looks like when people still believe in the place they live.

We Canadians have work to do. The gaslighting has to stop. We blame the States, Trump, ICE, Obama, Autopen, Elon, Kanye, Kim K... Whoever. No. We did this to ourselves. It is a good time to again say sorrey, eh, to every conservative voice we shouted down. I vowed to be honest about this stuff moving forward. Sitting on the sidelines like a polite Canadian boy has fixed nothing. So here I am.

The boycotts are insane. Canadians swearing off the States because of Trump, refusing to cross the border or spend a dime, acting like they get a vote down there. (I know.. “wHat aBoUt tHe tErRiffs”) Our own house is on fire, and we are obsessed with the neighbour’s soap opera. We have lost that fire. That unapologetic pride. Maybe we can learn before it is too late.

This frozen apology factory, where judges hand suburban land to tribes like door prizes, leaving homeowners with worthless deeds while banks and projects die. Streets renamed to tongue-twisting Indigenous words that break the financial grid, mortgages vanish, and mail gets lost. Billions are flushed on guilt trips for lawyers and bureaucrats who milk the victim myth bigger than healthcare or debt. We sit on oceans of oil, mountains of minerals, empires of timber and prairie gold, yet we would rather self-flagellate over original sins. Add human traffickers, unchecked predators, opioid waves, corrupt politicians, and you have a nation bent on self-destruction with maple syrup dripping from the wounds. How about this one.. from X - A transgender father, Alice Michael Attwood, has been sentenced to only five years in prison by an Alberta provincial court judge for the brutal stabbing of his two young children. Like, what the actual fuck are we doing? Ya it’s embarrassing to be Canadian right now with these headlines being the norm.

This was not random. Justin Trudeau spent a decade treating Canada like his personal social-justice experiment. SNC-Lavalin. Multiple blackface episodes. Aga Khan island vacations while ethics commissioners slapped him. Admiring Castro and Xi. Then the trucker convoy, peaceful protesters, got the Emergencies Act dropped like Tiananmen. Bank accounts frozen without court order. Lives destroyed. All while he hid and tweeted about protecting democracy. His own brother called the damage permanent.

Now Mark Carney. The global banker who never misses a chance to remind us he is also European, as if that makes him superior. Bounced from Bank of Canada to Bank of England to every Davos circle jerk, now positioning himself as saviour. The same man who told us we share values with radical Islam. Sold as the calm, data-driven adult. High conscientiousness, low drama. The technocrat who would run government like a serious institution. You would really think a banker dude like Mark would be a Conservative. And I’m still trying to wrap my head around why Libs would even like this banker type. But I guess you could have inserted the Cookie Monster after JT and he would have won the hearts.

In power, he is indecisive, narrative-obsessed, and terrified of offending activists. Supports stopping Iranian nukes but regrets the strikes that might work, questions legality, calls for de-escalation, and hedges on troops. Not the disciplined banker. Just a high-agreeableness weathervane trying to please every faction. The promised stabilizer became a coalition manager dodging accountability. Clarity builds trust. This mush destroys it.

He preached fiscal discipline, then ran massive deficits with no balance plan. Called the carbon tax irreplaceable, then axed it. Promised five hundred thousand homes a year while housing starts tanked. The real projection is a mere 5,200 new homes per year (26,000 units total over 5 years). That’s close, right?

Vowed transparency, then refused Brookfield disclosures, ethics screens, and hid conflicts while his old firm pocketed billions in government deals. Over twenty documented flip-flops. EV mandates repealed, clean electricity rules suspended, China shifted from biggest threat to cozy partner. Lavish private-jet trips while food-bank use hits records. Globalist to the core. WEF trustee, UN climate envoy pushing deals that favour everyone but Canadians. Here’s a quick tip, Mark.. how about we fix the transgender kid stabber problem?

Canada feels lost because it is. Psychologically split. Led by a man projecting the exact uncertainty we cannot afford.

Canadians are voting with their feet. Four million of us now live abroad, eleven percent of the population, up thirty-six percent since nineteen ninety. Huge numbers in the States. Because for all our smug superiority, America still offers what we are bleeding out: opportunity. My family and I have been quietly exploring the move south. Texas again, or somewhere that still believes in itself. Ten years ago, that sentence didn’t exist. Today, it feels like survival.

I just want our Canada back. The one where you could order a coffee at Tim’s without a UN translator. Where leaders acted like adults instead of hall monitors. Where hospitals worked, and doctors did not bolt at the first chance. I’ll even take the Quebec wanting to leave Canada version again. Can we bring back Jean Chrétien? Or give Pierre Poilievre a real shot? Shit, if Jordan Peterson gets back on his feet, he could do it. He could probably just do it from a bed.

We stop apologizing. We stop nodding to the guilt cult. We tell the truth loudly and without flinching. We clean our own room first: secure the borders, build the houses, cut the bureaucratic fat, enforce the laws, and put Canadians first for once.

We upgrade the national Operating System. Increase awareness. Build capacity. Reduce unnecessary guilt. Restore order. Train the system to hold real pressure again. Vote like our kids’ futures depend on it, because they do. Reject the globalist grift, the endless reparations racket, and the woke insanity that tells us we share values with people who want to drag us backward.

We stand up straight with our shoulders back. Reclaim the courage that built this place. Teach our children to be proud again instead of ashamed. Let’s make singing the national anthem at school cool again.. the OG version. No more performative virtue.

I get it, though. What can ya do? Prices go up, you bend over and take it like a good Canadian. Here’s what you can do. Dig into the facts. Stop letting headlines rule your life. Figure out what matters and invest your time in it. That’s what’s in your control. You, your house, your family, your neighbourhood.

And we'd better get honest about what is killing the next generation, because this is the part nobody wants to touch.

Fake news. Social media. Constant dopamine chasing. A 24-hour outrage casino in every kid’s pocket. They are not living in reality anymore; they are living in feeds. They are being trained to react, not think. To perform, not build. To compare, not become. To chase stimulation like it is oxygen.

We are already seeing the early damage. Attention spans cooked. Anxiety through the roof. Identity confusion. Chronic dissatisfaction. Kids who cannot sit in silence, cannot tolerate boredom, and cannot do hard things without a reward pellet. Adults, too, by the way. We are all getting trained like lab rats.

Screens and social media should be treated like the tobacco companies. Same game. Different delivery. Hook them young, normalize the addiction, pretend it is harmless, then act shocked when a whole generation is anxious, depressed, angry, and detached from real life. We are seeing the real effects of it. It’s not good.

So yes, fix the borders. Fix the housing. Fix the economy. Fix the institutions. But also fix the inputs. Because if we keep raising kids inside an algorithm designed to hijack their nervous system, we are not building citizens. We are building consumers. Addicts. Easy to control. Easy to sell to. Easy to radicalize. Easy to break.

Here is the hope, and I mean this with everything I’ve got: Canada is not dead yet. The people are still here. Resilient. Capable. Good at heart. If enough of us wake the fuck up, reject the ideological poison, and fight for what made us great, we can turn this around. We can make it a country worth tattooing on our skin again.

Because deep down, I still love this place. And real love does not mean silence. It means telling the truth and then doing the hard work to fix it.

What about you? Still proud? Or just too polite to admit you are not? Time to choose. Run the operating system. Or watch it crash.

The uncomfortable truth: if we keep letting the empathy-over-everything crowd run the show, the country keeps sliding. Time to pick a side on reality. Because the fence-sitters are the ones truly ruining Canada.

Your move. The nervous system is fried. Pause now. Upgrade now. Or watch it crash.

End of rant :-)

Much Love

Coach P
