Short and sweet… I have created programs, curriculum, hired guest coaches, and am going to put in a massive effort to those who have supported my programs. You are receiving this because you give a shit. It frustrates me that baseball is such a maze to get through. It frustrates me that coaching is over sold and kids don’t learn what they really should be learning. It’s a money game and business now. I was sucked into that vortex once and am now committed to helping people navigate it. I told a player yesterday… I have done everything and been everywhere you want to be. I ACTUALLY know how to do it. I hate that I have to sell it. But I will continue to rock the boat and disrupt this industry for the betterment of our kids.

THE HARD WIRE IQ PROGRAM

This is a must program if you’re serious about the next levels. Today coaches are more focused on personal advancement than actually learning the game properly. Or you get coaches that are specialized and are limited in their knowledge of all the aspects. It’s imperative to be a student of the game. Know what’s going to happen before it happens.
Guest Coaches will blow you away with what you need to know and what is useless

ONLINE/REMOTE HITTING
Oct - April
3 nights per week via zoom. 4 Spots available
This program will be done 3 nights per week. Remote hitting programming can be very successful if committed to. The biggest take away from this program is players learning how to be their own best coach. Understanding how to make adjustments pitch to pitch.
When a coach is too present we tend to have dependance on them. They won’t always be there.. But you will.
Guest coaches will be awesome in this one!!! MLB/D1/Scouts etc….

This will be intense. This will be 2 nights per week and once on the weekend in Victoria BC. There are only 3 spots available out of the 5.
This will be old school. I learned how to become a great hitter with limited resources and doing things on my own. I actually know how to do this. I hit over 500 in HS, was a 3 hole hitter on the National team and in college. Was an all-star in pro ball and have 20 years experience working with hitters.

COACH/PARENT PROGRAM

Are you a parent or a coach? Do you have limited time in the game or want to learn how to be the best version of yourself as a coach?
Full recruiting guide and college prep with guest speakers.
I will walk you through what is important and what is not. I will walk you through the BS of the game. Not getting tricked. I will help you not only be the best support for your child, but help them in the process. Cues they need, conversations they need. What to watch for (NOT ELBOW UP) timing, direction, etc. This is a fun program.

CATCHER/PITCHER PROGRAM

This is a new program. The importance of understanding catching and pitching from one an others position and from a hitters stand point is a huge advantage. Lets go deep and get engaged in all things pitching and catching.
